Bottle Forming Workshop
Post-Packaging Workshop
Public Supporting Areas
The main machine heats glass tubes in sections at 1200–1450℃. Through stretching, cutting, neck forming, and mold shaping, the bottle mouth, body, and bottom of vials or oral liquid bottles are formed in one step.
The servo system precisely controls wall thickness uniformity. The bottle mouth dimensional tolerance can reach ±0.03mm, ensuring compatibility with subsequent crimp sealing.
The bottles undergo visual inspection for 77 types of defects, including cracks, bubbles, black spots, stones, chipped bottle mouths, uneven bottle bottoms, and glass particles. Defective products are automatically separated and collected, while qualified products enter the buffer bottle arranging system.
