READ MOREJiangsu Ousibei Packaging Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a glass packaging manufacturer in China producing sealable glass vials, oral liquid bottles, ampoules, spray bottles and fragrance containers. Our Airtight Glass Vials range covers eight container families from 1 ml to 100 ml, supported by 20 dual production lines and OEM/ODM development from sampling to mass production.
Ousibei specializes in the research, development and production of glass packaging materials. Our factory operates 20 dual production lines in two sections: 10 full-process lines for soda-lime glass oral liquid bottles and 10 full-process lines for neutral borosilicate tubular vials. Each line covers glass tube forming, bottle production, annealing, inspection, packing and warehousing without intermediate outsourcing.
Each container family is engineered for a defined filling, sealing and sterilization route. The table below maps our supplied range to typical contents and closure systems.
| Product family | Typical contents | Neck / closure | Key engineering point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oral liquid bottle | Syrups, TCM oral liquids, vitamin supplements, pediatric formulations | Crimp finish with aluminum caps | Uniform wall thickness for steam sterilization; amber option blocks UV |
| Freeze Dried Vials | Lyophilized powders, injectable powders, biological reagents | Butyl stopper + aluminum-plastic flip-off cap | Neutral borosilicate withstands freeze-drying and 121 °C sterilization |
| Custom Little Glass Spray Bottles Suppliers | Hydrosols, toners, disinfectant sprays, aromatic mists | Threaded neck with fine-mist pump | Precision neck-to-pump fit prevents leakage; amber blocks UV |
| Tubular vial | Pharmaceutical subpackaging, laboratory samples | Crimp or screw neck | Drawn-glass precision cutting; 2–30 ml clear and amber |
| Curved neck ampoule | Sterile injectables, single-use liquids | Fully sealed, one-piece glass | Disposable sealed container; curved neck aids filling and sealing |
| Screw-cap oral liquid bottle | Re-closable oral liquids, nutraceutical drops | Screw thread with tamper-evident cap | Re-closable design for multi-dose use |
| Perfume decanting bottles | Fragrance, travel-size perfume, sample vials | Crimp or screw neck with atomizer | Thin-wall glass for premium visual presentation |
| Essential oil bottle | Aromatherapy oils, botanical extracts, skincare serums | Dropper or screw cap | Light-shielding amber glass protects photosensitive oils |
We develop each container around the filling line, closure system and sterilization route. Configuration choices include:
Inspection is embedded at each process step. After forming, vision cameras verify bottle height, outer diameter, inner mouth diameter, wall thickness and bottom concavity, and automatically reject out-of-tolerance bottles. After annealing, a final inspection machine screens for 77 defect types including cracks, bubbles, black spots, stones, chipped mouths and glass particles.
Each carton receives a unique traceability QR code recording the forming machine, batch number and production time. Defective bottles are crushed and recycled back to the remelting workshop. We can supply testing reports with sample development and mass production, and finished products undergo 100% inspection according to customer requirements and applicable international standards.
For customers with existing products, we reproduce according to drawings or samples. For new packaging concepts, we support joint development based on target market and application scenario. The process runs through six stages:
Standard products can be supplied at lower MOQ for trial orders. Customized product MOQ is evaluated against structure, mold complexity, material requirements and production process.
Our containers are designed for standard filling, capping and sealing equipment. Bottle mouth dimensional tolerance to ±0.03 mm supports reliable crimp sealing and stopper fit. Before filling, bottles should be washed, dried and sterilized; amber versions are recommended for light-sensitive formulations. Storage in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight preserves glass quality. We provide technical support for line compatibility and can discuss spare parts and replacement supply as part of the project scope.
To prepare an accurate configuration and quotation, we work from the following project inputs:
We offer soda-lime glass, low borosilicate, medium borosilicate and high borosilicate glass. Material selection depends on thermal exposure, chemical compatibility and the sterilization route of your filling process.
Yes. We develop screw neck, vial-type crimp neck, tubular glass, straight body, special-shaped, curved neck and thick-wall structures. We also match bottle dimensions to your filling line and closure system.
Our 20 dual production lines run at 120 pcs/min per forming machine, with daily capacity of 2.88 million pcs and annual capacity of 864 million glass bottles. Lead time is confirmed against order volume and customization scope.
Servo-controlled forming holds bottle mouth tolerance to ±0.03 mm. Vision inspection checks inner mouth diameter and wall thickness after forming, and final inspection screens 77 defect types after annealing.
We support fast sampling and can provide testing reports during sample development and mass production. Samples are produced after material and structure confirmation.
